Based on the Byredo philosophy of translating fragmented memories and abstract ideas into fragrances, Mixed Emotions presents an olfactory sketch of our current collective state of mind. It is an epicener* fragrance. Comforting notes of mate and the sharp sweetness of cassis embed themselves in a woody framework; the soothing scent of black tea is refracted by violet leaf synthetics. As a refreshing reminder that it's okay not to be okay - and that a new reality can emerge from troubling experiences.
